Supernatural, Toronto’s premier longevity lifestyle destination, has launched The Portal, a new immersive wellness studio designed around felt sound, frequency, nervous system regulation, and collective experience.

The launch comes as neurowellness emerges as one of the fastest-growing categories in wellness. Located within Supernatural’s Yorkville flagship, The Portal offers a new approach to wellness, one rooted in presence, sensory immersion, and collective experience. Designed for nervous system regulation and embodied listening, The Portal blends sound meditation, breathwork, movement, and storytelling into a shared environment where sound is not simply heard, but deeply felt.

The Portal offers classes, workshops, Listening Lab sessions, and private experiences led by facilitators across sound, movement, mindfulness, and somatic practices. Programming spans six interconnected pillars: Energy, Sound, Breath, Body, Move, and Mind.
