The New Look of Medicine: Lutanen Health Unveils Boston Flagship, Introducing the Future of Primary Care

Boston, MA / Feb 1, 2026 / Lutanen Health

Lutanen Health debuts its flagship location on February 1, 2026 at 607 Boylston Street, introducing a new era of personalized primary care to Boston. Founded in 2024 by Harvard-trained physician Dr. Jay Luthar, Lutanen Health integrates internal medicine, longevity science, and whole-person healing to redefine the patient experience.

Unlike traditional primary care, where physicians may manage thousands of patients, Lutanen Health limits each physician’s panel to fewer than 150 patients, ensuring highly personalized, relationship-driven care. Annual memberships begin at $15,000, with reduced rates available for families (18+), students, healthcare workers, first responders, teachers, veterans, and nonprofit employees.

The name Lutanen reflects harmony, balance, and precision, with a nod to longevity. Much like the rings of a tree, it symbolizes growth and a deepening commitment over time.

“Our care evolves with each patient—layer by layer, year by year—reflecting their changing needs, goals, and health,” said Dr. Luthar. “With longer visits, advanced diagnostics, and mind-body support, we help patients feel better, live longer, and age with intention.”

Membership Includes:

  • 24/7 physician access
  • Extended visits and same-day appointments
  • Advanced diagnostic testing
  • Personalized care plans for long-term vitality

Lutanen Health is led by Dr. Jay Luthar, a Harvard-trained internist and Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, triple board-certified in Internal Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and Integrative Medicine, and Dr. Julia Loewenthal, a Harvard-trained internist, geriatrician, and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. Together, they combine world-class expertise with a patient-first philosophy, guiding individuals through every stage of health and aging.

The Back Bay flagship office—designed as a biophilic healing environment—features natural materials, restorative spaces, and modern wellness elements that embody Lutanen’s philosophy of harmony, balance, and longevity.
