With a focus on creating one of a kind wellness properties and unforgettable in person networked business experiences, The Well Design Summit, Mayfair House in Coconut Grove launches on April 24, 2026.
Biophilic design and wellness driven principles influence not only how we feel, but who we are becoming. Through nature, light, materiality, and intentional design, architecture becomes a tool for self-awareness, wellness, and future-focused living. At the core of this inaugural summit, an exploration of how our homes, buildings, and neighborhoods are no longer just places we occupy—in reality each are active participants in shaping our identity, health, and emotional state.
Founders of this Well Design Summit experiential series are Courtney Lukitsch and Jessica Antar both with demonstrated careers as foresight leaders in agency-driven branding, global design-led marketing, visual and strategic communications.
Wellness is reshaping the world’s largest asset class. Encompassing a globally projected market valuation of $9T USD, the design industry is transforming real estate and lifestyle development within the built environment, determining the dynamic future landscape of longevity.
Hosting expert leaders to present their work at a curated experiential business series for the first time in Coconut Grove, the Well Design Summit showcases prominent practitioners in wellness design and luxury real estate; One Sothebys International, Morris Adjmi Architects, IM/KM Architecture and Ringo Design Studio.
Featuring a biophilic interior and its own open air tropical climate, Mayfair House embodies a venue where design and hospitality uniquely merge to create a sensory wellness experience.
Thematically the summit explores sanctuary by design with a focus on wellness spaces, biophilia and intelligent living.
