Aescape, the body intelligence company, today launched the Brady Protocol, a 30-minute deep tissue session co-developed with seven-time Super Bowl champion and entrepreneur Tom Brady. Built on the principles behind Brady’s 23-season career, the Brady Protocol works the full posterior chain, from the calves through the traps, using  Aescape’s Adaptive Body Therapy, which combines physical AI and robotics to map each body and adapt every session to the individual. It is available starting today on every Aescape table.

“Consistent bodywork is one of the most important things you can do to take care of yourself,” said Tom Brady. “It was a huge part of how I prepared, recovered, and came back ready to compete week after week. I’ve always believed you don’t have to be a professional athlete to benefit from that kind of care and consistency—that’s why we worked with Aescape to create the Brady Protocol, and now anyone can experience it for themselves.”

Accumulated tension, the tightness and stiffness that build in muscles over time, isn’t exclusive to athletes. It can come from training, but also from long hours at a desk, travel and busy schedules. The Brady Protocol is built around a principle central to Brady’s own approach: address it consistently, rather than waiting until something feels wrong. The result is a body that moves with greater ease, recovers more efficiently and feels its best every day.

Built With Tom Brady

Brady’s approach to his body became a defining part of his career, with a focus on  muscle pliability, consistent bodywork, and recovery. More than two decades of close collaboration with his longtime body coach, Alex Guerrero, helped shape that philosophy. The Brady Protocol draws on principles from that work, adapted for Aescape’s platform.

Over the past year, a team of licensed therapists and trainers developed the Protocol, with Tom involved from the initial concept through design and testing, helping shape the sequence, intensity, and intent down to the individual stroke.

“We went through every detail – the pressure, the speed, the sequence, where each stroke lands. We kept working at it until it felt like the work I’ve relied on for years. For me, consistency has always been a huge part of taking care of my body, and that’s what we wanted to bring to this.”

How the Brady Protocol Works

  • Intensity: Deeper pressure from the first stroke, with minimal warm-up, designed to address accumulated tension.
  • Control: Users set the pressure throughout, allowing the experience to respond to their body while dialing it to the deepest level they can receive and still stay relaxed. They can pause or lower it at any time. The sequence itself is fixed to cover the full posterior chain.
  • Design: Strokes focus on the points where muscles attach, with cross-fiber work where muscle is dense, combining a consistent protocol with Aescape’s body mapping technology.
  • Experience: Before their first session, users can watch a short introduction from Brady on what to expect, how to use the pressure controls and how to approach the protocol as a consistent practice.

Built on the Aescape Platform

The Brady Protocol is added to Aescape’s library of sessions and shows how the platform can bring a specialized approach to bodywork to every table.

Aescape combines real-time body mapping, intelligent robotics and proprietary software to adapt bodywork to each individual. The system maps the body before each session and uses that information to deliver the protocol according to the person’s unique proportions, while allowing the user to adjust pressure in real time. Over time, it will learn each person’s contours, preferences and patterns, so every session builds on the last.

“The most enduring products change how people think,” says Frank Britt, chief executive officer of Aescape. “They become catalysts for something larger than themselves, and that is Aescape’s ambition. We offer the first therapy for effective, restorative tension release that adapts to your unique body over time in one connected, compounding practice. Over the past two decades, fitness, sleep and nutrition moved to the center of how we live well. Recovery is the missing pillar, and it’s what builds resilience to live with strength and energy for longer. Tom understood that long before the rest of us. The Brady Protocol brings what he proved to everyone.”

Availability

The Brady Protocol is available starting today at every Aescape location, including partner locations open to public booking and those reserved for members and guests. Sessions are 30 minutes and start at $39, with pricing varying by location. For locations and booking, visit aescape.com.
