Alameda, CA / Sep 24, 2025 / Lifestack

Lifestack, the first daily assistant powered by wearable health data, announced the launch of Lifestack 2.0, introducing a suite of AI-native features designed to help people plan their days with greater energy, focus, and balance.

With 2.0, Lifestack goes beyond task management by combining health signals with contextual data to deliver personalized recommendations. New capabilities include a more powerful AI scheduler, smart sleep and meal time suggestions tailored to your body and lifestyle, and an “ask anything” AI assistant for on-demand support.

“No matter how you’re feeling, current tools assume you have the same energy and focus every day – that’s just not how humans work,” said Nao Yukawa, Co-founder and CEO of Lifestack. “Lifestack is the first daily assistant that connects your calendar, tasks, and health data to plan your day with actual insights into your energy, stress, and context.”

Lifestack calculates daily energy levels using data from wearable devices such as Apple Watch, Oura Ring, and WHOOP, and then recommends how to structure work, rest, and everything in between for sustainable productivity.

Looking ahead, Lifestack plans to integrate more data sources—including GPS, weather, computer usage, nutrition, and physiological signals like glucose, blood pressure, and EEG—to build a 24/7 assistant that understands the whole person.

“Starting with calendar and health data, we will keep adding more context into Lifestack, aiming for the ultimate 24/7 assistant that’s always there to support you.”

Lifestack is available as a mobile app, web app, and Chrome extension. Download now at https://lifestack.ai to experience a daily assistant that truly understands you.
