Well Design Summit Launches Soho Experiential Series This August

‘Wellness As Infrastructure’ featured experts will include leading New York and global firms Corcoran Sunshine, Snohetta, Umo Paris, and BoND New York Architecture

Miami, FL / May 27, 2026 / Creating Significance

With a focus on creating one of a kind wellness properties and significant in person networked experiences, Well Design Summit Soho series activates at 113 Spring on August 5th, following the official debut of its VIP industry forum held at Mayfair House in Miami, April 2026.

At the core of this second summit, Wellness As Infrastructure, will be an exploration of how our homes, buildings, and neighborhoods are no longer just places we occupy— instead are actively curated to shape our identity, health, and emotional state.

Well design driven principles influence not only how we feel, but who we are becoming. Through nature, light, materiality, and intentional sensory design, architecture becomes a tool for self-awareness, wellness, and future-focused living. This is not a trend, rather a lifestyle shift based on environment.

Wellness is reshaping the world’s largest asset class. Encompassing a globally projected market valuation of $6.5T USD, the design industry is transforming real estate and lifestyle development within the built environment, determining the dynamic future landscape of longevity. With a growth rate of 26% globally since 2019, capital is repositioning in real time.

Thematically the Soho summit explores sanctuary by design with a focus on wellness spaces, community and intelligent living. During the course of the series, leading designers will share newly built work highlighting the architecture and well design spaces that shape who we are becoming as a global society.

Featured expert speakers will include leading New York and global firms Corcoran Sunshine, Snohetta, Umo Paris, and BoND New York Architecture.

Founders of this well design summit experiential series at Creating Significance [www.creatingsignificance.com] are Courtney Lukitsch and Jessica Antar, both with demonstrated careers as foresight leaders in agency-driven branding, global design-led marketing, visual and strategic communications.

New York City experiential center 113 Spring Soho also designed by Snohetta, will offer VIP industry guests a series of one on one immersive sensory activations onsite.

A personal and professional development segment at the Soho summit will feature expert coaching for founders from Blueprint and publishing agent-author Bethany Saltman.

This upcoming Well Design Summit has significant industry implications:

  • Hospitality, Clubs and Resorts — Experiential wellness programming and architecture are redefining guest expectations, positioning hotels and resorts as destinations for curated sensory health experiences.
  • Commercial Real Estate Development — Developments that prioritize sanctuary-oriented design and open-air tropical or nature-integrated layouts can command premium valuations by offering measurable health and productivity benefits.
  • Corporate Workplace Design — Employers adopting light, materiality, and neuro-informed spatial strategies are creating workplaces that actively shape employee wellbeing, engagement, and cognitive performance.
