X-Club Launch Their New Wellness Destination

Luxury boutique Pilates and Wellness studio X-Club will open a 4,000 sq ft flagship at 102 George Street. With dual frontage onto both George Street and Loxton Walk, the studio will be built around X-Club’s four pillars of wellness – mind, movement, nutrition and therapy. The space will feature two group exercise studios: a state-of-the-art Reformer Pilates studio and a mat-based studio offering classical Pilates, yoga, HIIT, and sound healing. This X-Club location will also include a next-generation Body Conditioning Lab—an exclusive next generation gym providing solo member access, physiotherapy, and bespoke personal training. Additional amenities include a dedicated therapy room for massage and rehabilitation, vanity and recovery services, an infrared sauna, and a curated selection of premium athleisure apparel.

Built around X-Club’s four wellness pillars — Movement | Mind | Nutrition | Therapies — the club has been created to help people build strength, improve longevity and prioritise wellbeing through expert coaching, luxury facilities and an inclusive community.

Beyond fitness, X-Club curates a premium wellbeing journey, complemented by an exclusive selection of luxury lifestyle partners including Oysho, ESPA, Ripple+,  MoveActive, Form, Oshun & Many more.

Loxton Walk is the West End’s newest retail and leisure destination in the heart of Marylebone. The open-air pedestrianised street provides approximately 27,200 sq ft of flexible retail, restaurant and wellness space across 17 units arranged around a central courtyard. It is accessible via four new pedestrian routes from George Street, Blandford Street, Gloucester Place and Baker Street. The generous public realm offers dedicated outdoor seating areas for operators, creating a vibrant meeting place for the community. Loxton Walk lies at the heart of a wider mixed-use development between The Portman Estate, Derwent London and Native Land.

Ahead of the Opening, X-Club were selected for the incredible ‘Meanwhile On’ Programme and have a Pop Up space 67-69 George Street where they are hosting charity events, previews and engaging with the wider community. The store is part of Westminster City Council’s Meanwhile On project, set up to provide innovative brands with access to high-profile spaces. The project gives brands significant relief on business rates, budget for store design, and end-to-end support from project delivery partner Someday Studios.

Founded by Stephanie and Amanda in 2021, X-Club has become known for its results-driven Pilates methodology and personalised approach to health and wellbeing, helping people of all ages and abilities lead a stronger existence.
