Longevity Club Surrenne Expands to Paris

Surrenne

Hospitality takes on healthspan.

What’s happening: Surrenne, a luxury wellness and longevity club created by hotel group Maybourne, is headed to Paris in 2027.

Anchoring its new Saint-Germain hotel and residences, the club will offer guests and members health, fitness, and beauty services tailored for human optimization.

Best in class. Making its debut in 2024 at Maybourne-owned The Emory in London, the “transformational” concept combines medical wellness with longevity protocols developed by scientific board members Andrew Huberman, David Sinclair, and Shauna Shapiro.

Among its amenities, the four-floor club offers diagnostic screenings, hyperbaric and cold water therapies, Tracy Anderson fitness classes, and other wraparound wellness services.

Aligning with its high-end ethos, Maybourne will scale Surrenne as an integral part of future properties.

Here and now. Capitalizing on a $63B sector, longevity hospitality brands are on the move.

  • Launched in Dubai, SIRO’s fitness-focused hotel will expand to Montenegro this year, with Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and Japan set to follow.
  • Clinique La Prairie is targeting 50 resorts and residences globally, with Thailand and Saudi Arabia launching this year.
  • Scaling clubs and condos, The WELL will open its first set of residencies in Miami this year, with a European club debut slated for 2027.

Takeaway: Confident in longevity’s enduring influence, Maybourne and others are pulling out all the stops to assert wellness hospitality’s staying power.
