TotalFusion is testing new territory.
What’s happening: The Aussie fitness operator will open its first Melbourne club in 2026.
Optimized for work, life, and wellness, the flagship will combine training spaces and boutique studios with a 25‑meter pool, saunas, plunge pools, cryo, and red light therapies. Lifestyle-first, it’ll add dedicated co-working, meeting, and social spaces.
Holistic overhaul. Expanding its footprint to six, TotalFusion’s first site beyond Brisbane underscores its ambition to become a full-stack wellness destination.
A gym-as-clinic pioneer, it’s upgrading its ecosystem for performance, productivity, and community — including a rooftop wellness center, indoor run club, and recovery therapies at its Chermside club, plus immersive cardio and co-working at Morningside and Newstead sites.
On the move. With two additional Brisbane clubs in the pipeline and a partnership with developer Mirvac setting the stage for nationwide expansion, it’s prepping for future growth in an Aussie Everything Gym arms race.
Crossing paths, Saint Haven is prepping Sydney-area sites for ’26 as One Playground scales its “superboutiques.” Elsewhere, upstart The Commons debuted in Melbourne, while HOUSED targets 20 wellness hubs in the next two years.
Punchline: As premium gyms evolve into lifestyle hubs, TotalFusion is betting that performance, recovery, and productivity work best together.
