The WELL Plots New Miami Wellness Community

The Well Coconut Grove

The WELL continues to break ground.

What’s happening: The holistic wellness brand will commence work on its second Miami-area residence in Coconut Grove later this year.

Engineered for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, the $650M luxury development and membership community will feature 195 residences, a rooftop lounge, signature wellness club, and pickleball courts — plus extras like a crystal cave and communal bathhouse.

The good life. Since opening its flagship NYC club in 2019, The WELL has stretched its east-meets-west lifestyle philosophy across formats.

Capitalizing on a wellness real estate sector expected to surpass $887B by 2027, it’s scaling a network of clubs, condos, and hospitality programs.

Urban planning. Its first condo collaboration with Miami developer Terra, The WELL Bay Harbor Islands, is expected in Q3.

Meanwhile, its debut European membership club at Lake Geneva could open by 2027 — with further expansion efforts expected to be announced soon.

Punchline: Expensive and exclusive, The WELL caters to a limited clientele. But, with members’ needs central, it sets a benchmark for developers designing healthy communities of the future.

What’s happening now—and next—in health, fitness, and wellness.
