MD meets HR. Proving its model in SoCal, the Miami site will anchor The RIVANI’s well-being-focused workspace Class X — with its developers calling Monarch “the most significant amenity” shaping the future of offices.
Set to open in ’26, it’s one of five new Monarch Athletic Clubs slated for the next five years.
