A new way of life.

Wellness is a rocketship.

Bull market. The wellness economy is now worth $6.8T, up 35% since 2019. As prevention, longevity, and healthy lifestyles go mainstream, it’s on track to reach $9.8T by 2029

Real estate & mental health. Wellness real estate (+19.5% annually) and mental wellness

(+12.4%) have been the fastest-growing sectors, fueled by demand for healthier environments, stress relief, and more accessible therapeutics.

Travel & experiences. Wellness tourism, spas, and thermal/mineral springs are posting double-digit gains. Beyond luxury escapes, the category now includes longevity retreats, women’s health programs, and fitness-focused travel, turning vacations into extensions of preventative care.

Macro momentum. Wellness now outpaces tourism, sports, and technology — and equals 60% of global healthcare spending. With GLP-1s reshaping obesity care, chronic disease accelerating, and consumers seeking sickcare alternatives, wellness is becoming the frontline of personal health management.

New culture. While beauty, nutrition, and physical activity will continue steady 5% annual growth, complementary medicine is set to become the second-fastest growing category through 2030. Including both Eastern remedies and Western biohacking, consumers are choosing lifestyles that align with or augment nature for proactive well-being.

Looking ahead: A $10T wellness economy will reshape how people live, eat, move, age, and connect. The brands that blend science, community, and everyday utility will define the next decade.
