Love.Life is upgrading its stack.
What’s happening: The holistic health and wellness club from Whole Foods founder John Mackey unveiled upgraded services, programs, and partnerships as it explores expansion.
Stacking up. Debuting last year in El Segundo, CA, Love.Life’s flagship combines fitness, self-care, healthy eating, social wellness, and functional medicine under one roof.
Elevating its holistic memberships, it announced microbiome tests with Viome, Liber8 emotional health assessments, and an IV program targeting brain health and immunity.
In fitness, it integrated bone density training via bioDensity machines, deepened its partnership with smart strength brand OxeFit, added small-group BFR classes with KAATSU cuffs, and launched sport-specific programs, starting with golf protocols created by Tiger Woods’ trainer.
On path. While Equinox doubles down on its Function partnership and Life Time scales in-house longevity clinics, Love.Life claims a level of integration it says other gym-as-clinics can’t match.
Conducting blood tests, VO2 max assessments, and DEXA scans upon signup, it tracks intervention efficacy, prescribing modalities for n-of-1 care. With clinicians on staff, it touts cross-team coordination on up-to-the-minute changes — from IV formulations and functional nutrition to individualized training protocols.
Looking ahead: After a year in market, and new modalities elevating the experience, Love.Life considers its proof-of-concept complete, with location scouting for a second club underway.
