Nourish is all in on integrated care.

What’s happening: The AI-enabled dietitian platform raised $100M to advance its clinical metabolic care model.

Food first. Addressing ~200M Americans living with chronic nutrition-related conditions, Nourish has scaled its network to 10K dietitians and 250 healthcare institutions, tripling virtual appointments YoY.

Adding to its $70M raise last year, it now counts $215M in total funding, which it’ll deploy to expand its care network, AI capabilities, and health system partnerships.

Medicine-as-medicine. Assembling the pieces for GLP-1 guidance, Nourish is shifting from a “nutrition counseling” platform to a “dietitian-led metabolic care clinic.” Assigned a virtual dietitian and AI agent, Nourish taps Labs, GLP-1 prescriptions, and medication management to integrate eating habits with ongoing care.

Also developing a copilot for nutritionists, Nourish’s programming streamlines intervention and cuts costs — resulting in 8% weight loss and $2K in savings per patient.

Looking ahead: From wearables to glucose-tracking platforms, metabolic health is becoming standard care — and GLP-1s, nutrition, bloodwork, and AI coaching are all part of the puzzle. Deeply embedded with US health plans, Nourish’s food-first flywheel is built to scale.
