Fitness is the new networking.

What’s happening: The Fifth, a fitness-focused members club designed to optimize physical and professional performance, will debut in London this winter, targeting five clubs across the capital within five years.

Built different. A project from WIT Fitness co-founder Daniel Williams, fitness is the club’s foundation, pairing functional training zones and recovery amenities with a café, social, and shared spaces.

Converting discipline, routine, and recovery into community, members also gain access to focus zones, meeting rooms, and private offices — plus movement x networking crossover events.

Performance review. Envisioning a daily operating system for ambitious professionals, Williams sees the club serving members seeking closer alignment between health and hustle.

As fitness evolves from an isolated activity to social infrastructure, it’ll consolidate performance culture into a single integrated ecosystem — with plans to scale the model across 20+ sites spanning key European and US cities.

Looking ahead: Trading social access for behavioral alignment, The Fifth is betting the next generation of members clubs will be shaped by sweat and shared ambition.
