KYLA is turning down the heat.

What’s happening: The Swedish company debuted palm-cooling devices designed to reduce cardiovascular effort and boost athletic performance.

Cool theory. KYLA’s electronic-free, pre-chilled handles extract body heat from vessels in the palms during rest periods, de-stressing the nervous system to unlock 10–20% better muscular output during intense training.

Hot spot. Heat hinders performance, but temperature regulation remains relatively unknown.

Breaking through, Novak Djokovic requested KYLA prototypes for the Australian Open, while the brand also counts Formula 1 drivers, pro CrossFitters, and HYROXers as early adopters.

The next “massage gun,” Therabody launched a palm device, Aryna Sabalenka endorsed Shark’s ChillPill, and Apex Cool Labs’ Narwhals showed up courtside at the women’s NCAA championship.

Punchline: Like European sporting brands Maurten, Nomio, and TIVA, KYLA is trusted by elite competitors — a co-sign that trickles down to everyday athletes.
