Oner Active is setting up shop stateside.

The latest: The UK-born activewear brand will open its first physical store in NYC’s NoHo district this winter, with additional sites in Miami and LA in the works.

Power play. Built for “women who lift,” Oner Active blends high-performance fabrics with contoured fits designed for strength training and hybrid movement.

Built on engagement, Oner taps founder Krissy Cela’s 4.5M-strong community and a creator-led ambassador network to convert loyalty into commerce. With one item sold every nine seconds, it’s expected to surpass $280M in revenue this year and is leveraging a collab with Lori Harvey for US influence.

Building buzz. Leaning into IRL connection, the brand held a fitness takeover in Miami and walk clubs across US cities to boost awareness ahead of its retail launch.

Calling New York the brand’s “biggest city,” Cela’s first flagship will join UK challengers like Gymshark and Adanola in a US arms race, with the influencer-turned-entrepreneur confirming the brick-and-mortar will be the first store of many.

Looking ahead: Fitness culture thrives in social, IRL experiences. Crossing the divide, Oner will get hands-on to anchor its offline community, turning stores into spaces for brand-building beyond product.
