Ozlo is ready to work overtime.

What’s happening: The sleeptech company raised $22M in Series B funding to target new sleep needs and advance products for underlying conditions.

Comfort zone. Ozlo’s signature Sleepbuds combine ergonomic comfort with Bose audio IP, masking nighttime noise pollution for more restful sleep. Leveraging partnerships with Calm and Dreem Health for content and care, it recently eclipsed 200K customers.

Making noise. Sitting between passive noise-cancelling and closed-loop sleep engineering, Ozlo wants to build a more intelligent ecosystem with biosensing, AI, and neuromodulation.

Utilizing its Segotia acquisition to apply neuroscience to more sleep conditions, it’s also expanding to underlying conditions that make rest difficult, starting with tinnitus and epilepsy.

Punchline: As consumers seek active, science-driven partners in sleep hygiene, the age of analog sleep aids may be behind us.
