Recovery now requires receipts.

The latest: Social wellness club Remedy Place unveiled Meridian, a diagnostics suite designed to personalize self-care protocols with clinical precision.

Pre-covery. The program uses VO2 max and resting metabolic rate (RMR) testing, bloodwork, and 3D body scans to create a 600-biomarker baseline to guide personalized plans. Members receive tailored training, bioniq supplements, recovery routines, and quarterly rechecks.

Currently a member exclusive, the service will soon be offered à la carte.

Clued In. In the era of personalized wellness, data is the differentiator. 57% of consumers share health data to unlock products and services, while two-thirds want supplements and exercise programs customized to their biology.

Self-care is no exception, and operators are quantifying recovery.

  • Pause Studio partnered with Lifeforce for biomarker-based recovery.
  • Therabody integrated Garmin wearables for real-time optimization.
  • Equinox leverages Function for training insights, while Life Time is scaling in-house MIORA longevity clinics.

Punchline: Data-driven health and fitness has arrived. Now, personalized protocols powered by biomarker testing aren’t a luxury; they’re the new baseline.
