Rumble Co-Founders Ready Strength x Self-Defense Concept

Self-defense meets self-development.

The PACK is redefining readiness.

What’s happening: A new concept from Rumble co-founders Noah Neiman and Andy Stenzler will open in NYC’s Flatiron District this August, mixing strength training and self-defense to inspire confidence and physical capability.

Built tough. While Rumble (sold to Xponential Fitness in ’21) leaned into boxing + strength, Neiman says The PACK is a fresh format — focused on unlocking “primal strength” while sharpening body and mind.

50-minute classes mix weight training, cardio, and street-style defense, with members switching between Technogym Benches, Rogue Echo Bikes, and life-sized striking dummies.

Preaching preparedness, Neiman believes the experience gives exercisers confidence beyond the gym, promoting resilience while building “go muscle, not show muscle.”

Hits different. With Grammy-winning producers crafting immersive soundscapes, The PACK is curating an aesthetic and a culture. Collaborations with style-forward brands and perks from partners like Hone Health and local run clubs will round out the experience.

Looking ahead: As Everlast Gyms, UFC GYM, and London’s ARMA make martial arts more mainstream, The PACK sees strength-based self-defense as a lifestyle — and a mindset.
