What’s happening: The Indian healthtech company secured $70M from Qualcomm Ventures, Labcorp, and others to scale its multi-device platform.

Stacking. Building a full-stack “computational” ecosystem, Ultrahuman draws on multimodal health data from smart rings, CGMs, home health sensors, and blood testing to surface longitudinal health insights and coach behaviors.

Pit stop. Losing ground in the US following a 2025 ITC suit from Oura, Ultrahuman got the green light to return with retooled hardware this year. A primary market, Ultrahuman aims to tap funding to explore new, harder-to-follow directions.

Next up. With Oura reportedly seeking $3B in a September IPO and Happy Health nabbing $75M for clinical use cases, Ultrahuman is focusing on smart ring white space — partnering with Les Mills for prescription exercise and Click Therapeutics for migraine care.

Improving its data, it launched Pulsomics, an opt-in research program using overnight pulse to unlock insights for VO2 max, sleep sufficiency, glucose metabolism, and soon, heart health.

Developing “AI personal devices,” it’s working with Qualcomm on a new ring with greater lifestyle integration and with Labcorp on pilot studies around blood flow.

Punchline: Making connections while improving its tech, Ultrahuman will tap expanding capabilities to turn the smart ring battle into an ecosystem war.
