Unravel Health Raises €2.5M for At-Home Hormone Testing

Special measures.

Unravel Health is bringing the lab home.

What’s happening: The women’s hormone monitoring company secured €2.5M to launch the Micro Lab, an at-home diagnostic device.

Vantage point. Using saliva-reading biosensors, Unravel’s device—shipping in 2027—checks estradiol and other biomarkers in minutes, surfacing daily symptom patterns isolated blood tests can miss while building a longitudinal picture of whole-body health across life stages.

Turning the home into a personal lab, new funds will allow it to add additional hormones and expand into men’s health.

Mixed signals. Noninvasive hormone tracking is already entering mainstream wellness. But, from Oura and Fitbit to Clair Health and Lume Health, algorithmic estimates from wearable tech have come under scrutiny.

Opting to make gold-standard testing more DIY, Unravel will join Eli Health in instant salivary tech, while Oova and Mira scale daily urine tests and Level Zero and Adaptyx retool CGMs.

Punchline: From snapshots to signals, Unravel is bringing lab-grade precision and near-instantaneous insight to a category still shaped by fragments, not the full story.
