Women’s supplements have entered a new era.

The latest: Perelel, an OB/GYN-founded women’s supplement brand, raised $27M to scale its life stage-targeted nutrition platform.

Multi-stage. Redesigning prenatals, Perelel’s clinically formulated products are tailored to specific phases of fertility. Doubling revenue YoY, its portfolio now spans the full hormonal arc from menopausal health to egg-freezing support and daily creatine-protein blends.

Aiming to close the women’s health research gap, it pledged $10M to Magee-Womens Research Institute, acquired health education platform LOOM, and partnered with actress Mandy Moore for advocacy.

Bio-logic. Historically, women’s supplements were synonymous with prenatals. Now, as the category expands beyond reproduction, brands are developing female-focused formulas for life-long well-being.

Championing clinical trials, Ritual entered gut health and relaxation. Optimizing midlife, Midi Health launched cortisol, brain health, and creatine supps. Balancing vaginal and hormonal health, brands like O Positiv, arrae, and Lemme are top sellers.

Fueling performance, Pvolve unveiled muscle-building aminos, Momentous tapped Dr. Stacy Sims for female athlete stacks, and Gatorade is exploring gender-specific hydration with the NWSL and WNBA.

Punchline: Facing a reckoning on transparency and efficacy, women’s health brands are leaning into clinical rigor, delivering long-overdue support for unique biological needs.
