Eternal Turns Health Data Into Personalized Podcasts

Eternal Podcast syncs with wearables
Eternal

Eternal is queueing up episodic optimization.

What’s happening: The performance healthcare platform unveiled personalized podcasts as it evolves beyond in-person clinics.

Live read. Part of the company’s new super app and powered by AI called Eternal Intelligence, podcasts synthesize wearable data, DEXA scans, and labs—and contextualized with user goals, injuries, and travel schedules—for weekly episodes and daily text messages.

Available on the app and Apple (with Spotify coming soon), thematic shows explain what changed, why it matters, and what to do next across sleep, movement, stress, cardio, and strength.

Over-optimized. Built to support Eternal’s clinics in San Francisco and New York, the software emerged from a simple observation: Most people don’t read their reports. As DIY diagnostics generate more data than ever, consumers are forced to become self-navigators.

Broadcasting. Rather than another dashboard, Eternal CEO Alex Mather believes health guidance should sound “more like a great coach in your ear.”

Packaging entertainment x education in an engaging format, Eternal’s bespoke audio creates a continuous feedback loop — with the “host” teaching users about relevant topics and recommending action, including clinician-created preventative health plans.

In the future, Eternal plans to partner with leading podcasters, seeding AI-personalized intel with related expert content.

Takeaway: Data collection is table stakes. Making comprehensive reporting more digestible, Eternal Intelligence is turning diagnostics and coaching into a continuous conversation.
