Ring ring. 40% smaller than its predecessor, Gen 5 features redesigned sensors, stronger LEDs, and improved skin contact to boost biometric accuracy.
System updates. New data, nighttime breathing patterns and blood pressure signals are now decoded via Heath Radar, surfacing early indicators of cardiovascular strain and sleep disruption.
Enhancing existing features, the app now includes live activity tracking and GLP-1 medication management. On the horizon, it’s eyeing brain health, with an opt-in study combining user metrics with daily cognitive assessments available in Oura Labs.
Care team. Enhancing its care capabilities, Oura partnered with AI telehealth platform Counsel Health to bring medical guidance into the app — including contextualized advice linked to health records and access to licensed physicians.
