Sequel Brands is building a biohacking boutique.

What’s happening: Led by Xponential Fitness founder and former CEO Anthony Geisler, the franchise group will debut Ultimate Longevity Center in the coming months, tapping human optimization protocols from biohacker Gary Brecka and longevity medicine platform Lifeforce.

Home for healthspan. Offering two levels of care, members gain access to guided red light therapy, hyperbaric chamber sessions, cold plunges, and hydrogen baths.

Upgrading, the concierge experience includes precision biomarker analysis, incorporating NAD, GLP-1, HRT, peptide, and IV therapies.

Missing link. Sequel’s fifth concept, Ultimate Longevity Center is gearing up for nationwide expansion alongside Pilates, stretching, sauna, and EMS training studios.

Leveraging Brecka’s public profile, the brand will lean on clinical infrastructure from Tony Robbins’ co-founded Lifeforce — which also powers wellness retreat The Estate and services for self-care studio Pause.

Life partners. Longevity medicine is now mainstream wellness, and everyone wants in. Competitor Next Health acquired weight loss clinic Lindora and entered gyms, while Humanaut, Biograph, Fountain Life, and Dave Asprey’s Upgrade Labs battle in the clinic arms race.

Meanwhile, Equinox x Function, Life Time’s MIORA, and Whole Foods founder John Mackey’s Love.Life are layering longevity.

Looking ahead: Building out a new network for the modern wellness consumer, Sequel Brands will scale longevity studios to rival the gym-as-clinic.
