The WELL Expands in Miami

The WELL is curating a life well lived.

What’s happening: The wellness hospitality brand is bringing its integrated health club to a residential development from Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

City sanctuary. Following condos and mixed-use communities, The WELL’s third Miami outpost will occupy the seventh floor of Miami Tropic Residences. The space will include spa experience, fitness studios, and squash courts, plus communal contrast therapy with guided breathwork and grounding rituals in a private garden.

Let them cook. Aligning movement, longevity, spirituality, and skincare, CEO Rebecca Parekh says the club will emphasize food-as-medicine — leaning into Jean-Georges’ local, organic philosophy with unique wellness-driven food programming.

Homebody. As purposeful travel reshapes hospitality, wellness real estate has become the fastest-growing sector in the $6.8T industry — where vitality doesn’t stem from appointments or itineraries, but design defaults.

Punchline: Scaling internationally, NYC-born The WELL’s immersive approach to health resonates with consumers who want wellness embedded into daily life.
