Senior care is gearing up.

Covered. A new approach to chronic care, the US government’s recently launched ACCESS links Medicare reimbursements to measurable, tech-tracked health improvements.

All-access. Among 190 approved applicants, Withings rolled out an eligible medical division, WHOOP’s new program includes a free strap, membership, and blood pressure cuff, and Lark teamed with Samsung to bring AI health coaching to seniors.

Bold also tapped into the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge Program, launching digital care for discounted Rx.

Life alert. Despite half of Americans owning a wearable, users trend younger and healthier — leaving behind demos where they’d have the most impact, especially seniors.

Flawed thinking, WHOOP medical chief Dr. Ami Bhatt says older adults are highly engaged, with 91% of WHOOP users 65+ opening the app daily.

Punchline: Seniors aren’t wearable-averse — they’re underprioritized. Programs that seamlessly connect traditional clinical care to modern health-tracking can help make prevention more proactive.
