Third Space is gearing up.
What’s happening: The London-based premium gym debuted new in-house performance, recovery, and longevity concepts, with plans to equip its 13-club estate and upcoming Oxford Street “mega-gym.”
Peak testing. Part science hub, part training studio, its Mayfair Performance Lab uses body scans, VO₂ max testing, and sweat profiling to deliver data-led sessions — optimizing for fitness racing, strength, and longevity.
Smart recovery. Embedding recovery, Canary Wharf’s suped-up spa offers cryotherapy, red light therapy, IV infusions, and a vibroacoustic bed for deep relaxation. Aligned with its “expand and enhance” strategy, other clubs are adding infrared saunas and plunge pools.
Hybrid ready. Riding demand, Canary Wharf also introduced a dedicated HYROX studio, rivaling Everlast Gyms and Gold’s Gym. The buildout hosts licensed classes that bridge everyday training and elite performance.
Takeaway: Pivoting toward performance and recovery, Third Space is betting that a full-stack approach will fuel growth beyond fitness.
